Web Developer
Successful candidates will work on a daily basis with business owners, business analysts and back-end developers and will be responsible for taking new concepts and designs an creating CSS, HTML and Art snippets for dense online trading system.
Required skills/experience:
• Expert skills in
• various HTML and XHTML formats
• CSS2 classes
• Javascript manipulation of DOM and rendering
• 3-5 years experience with user interface development techniques and processes
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage work to project timelines
• Ability to analyze requirements and rapidly convert into HTML prototypes
• Solid research, technical and visual design skills
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Willing to work long hours if necessary
• Team player with positive attitude
The perfect candidate will also have the following skills or experience:
• Understanding of financial software applications and the financial industry in general
• Expert skills with web development tools and IDEs
• Strong knowledge of interactive web interface techniques such as web remoting
• Working knowledge of web interface frameworks such as GWT, Tapestry and Struts
• Working experience or exposure to JIRA/Confluence
• MUST have the proper paperwork and ability to work in the US
