Usablenet, a leading provider of Mobile solutions to companies such as American Airlines, Hilton, Sears, Pfizer is looking for an experienced technical project manager to successfully implement and maintain software and client relations.
Usablenet is looking for someone who can act as liaison between Usablenet clients and Usablenet Development team.
Responsibilities
• Under the supervision of the Project Management Director, manage day-to-day project work flow including customer and team communications.
• Outline initial implementation plan, and monitor and test clients'
projects as they are developed. Willingness to help with production work in a pinch.
• Manage communication with project team members that are building the client's mobile solution.
• Develop productive, enjoyable client relationships.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation including status reports, invoices, change orders, project schedules and budgets, and post mortem reviews.
• QA of all new and existing client sites
3 plus years as a project manager in a client facing organization is a strong advantage
Skills in software QA
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Experience in the Mobile space or web development is a strong plus
