ROOM:
Incredibly HUGE 600SQ ft master suite with private bathroom available in private Manhattan townhouse. This room is so big that I've placed 4 queen size beds in there for 8 guests.
Considering this is a BRAND NEW APT - I have brand new Jensen Lewis bedroom suite - bed, sofa, chairs, (which was $9,000 alone - not including art work which will be arriving soon.
NEW towels and sheets, soap and queen size bed is available to you.
The bedroom has 14 foot ceilings and HUGE windows that overlook the townhouse's private backyard (a private backyard in Manhattan? - how luxurious can you get?).
You do understand 600SQ ft is BIGGER than some Manhattan apts?
There are 2 other bedrooms which may contain other guests who are visiting NYC - also the caretaker/housekeeper is the only person who permanently lives on the premises (and lives in private basement level). This townhouse is located on 126th Street between 5th Avenue and Madison, in Manhattan
2 blocks away from 125th street Station(4, 5 or 6 trains).
2 blocks from Metro-North Railroad and M60 bus to LaGuardia Airport.
4 blocks away from 2 or 3 trains.

This neighborhood is rated (you can go see for yourself on NYTimes website) at 82 percentile on a scale of 100 being the national crime average. Hence, the neighborhood is 18% below the national crime rate - thus, it is a very safe neighborhood.
