Share one large B & B style furnished room that's approx 16 x 12 ft(within a 2 furnished room 10 unit condo building), 3 floor walk up front bright apt. Prefer 1 person. Share with a single Univ of Penn grad school private banking intern who has spent much time in Asia. Share kitchen and bathroom (located in the common area).
It's a clean safe place near the Ansonia building, that is in the heart of the Westside of Manhattan.
Centrally located, convenient to all parts of the city. Half a block to W 72nd st Subway #1, 2 and 3 trains, about 5 min ride to Times Square. Subway lines. Buses. Crosstown buses. All in close proximity.
Good place to hang your hat while enjoying this city.
Walking distance to Central Park, Museum of Natural History, Planetarium, Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, 5 mins to Broadway shows/Theatre District, Fifth Ave Shopping, Times Square, all the Museums.
Plenty of bistros, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets (Food Emporium, Fairway, Zabars, Citerella) in the immediate vicinity a few steps just down the block.
Also available other times over the summer for 1 to 2 week stays by advance reservations.

The unit is furnished with a full sized mahogany futon bed in the room, writing desk, telephone and internet cable. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils and dishes. Bathroom is equipped with linens and towels. Apt has a/c.
