Beautiful,sunny, one bedroom apartment available for month of june and july. Its located close to all the shopping, restaurans,7 min walk to Central Park. Its on the 6th floor,-elevator building (laundry and small gym downstairs). There is living room and kitchen together, and a separate bedroom with queen size bed. Apartment is in a very quiet building, with concierge desk next door. There is no TV or internet( Starbucks couple bloks down 24 hours internet connection).
3 nights stay minimum for booking.
There will be deposit required through pay pal of 167$ . and the balance paid when chek in,.
