The apartment is on 73rd and 2nd, very clean and quiet. It has a large living room and bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom and closets.
The neighborhood
Upper East Side is considered the safest, most relaxed neighborhood. Most of the museums (Metropolitan, Guggenheim, Whitney, and many more) are on the "Museum Mile" on the 5th avenue, 5 minutes walk from the apartment, including Central park and the "Summer Stage" where you can see performances for free (some of the most famous ones are here every summer). You will be close to shopping (best buy, gap, banana republic, etc), restaurants and also transportation (4,5,and 6 trains).
The utilities
- A kitchen that will allow you to cook, if you wish to (cookware and silverware are available, coffee, sugar etc). There is a stove, fridge, and toaster.
- TV and cable, a stereo system, DVD and a hookup for your iPod.
- A computer – Internet, Skype, camera jack, and a CD burner.
- Wireless Internet – you can connect with your own laptop.
- A full size new and comfortable bed.
- A/C in the living room and bedroom.
