This house is filled with an attractive group of corporate guys & gals, all in there mid 20s & 30s. Most all reside in Manhattan. They are not cheesey, not meatheads, not drama queens (ok maybe some drama), very non-clicky etc. They have all been hand picked so it takes a bit more than just a pulse and a check to sign on which is different than the other sharehouses.
The house is very organized as we set up the cabs, guestlists, reduced club admissions, possible bottle service, to go out each night! Actually, promoters are in management of this house so we hang at the preferred locales. Some of the other houses wont be able to even get themselves in to the better clubs. No joke!
We also provide free alcohol at the house! Oh .. Well!
We have a spacious, extremely clean house with 7 UNCROWDED bedrooms (which also makes us different!) , relaxing heated pool with a large tanning deck, inground large hot tub for late nights, 2 kitchens, a large BBQ, a pool table, basketball court, Full Cable TV, etc, etc!

We have a BOAT & a BEACH! Right in the neighborhood that is free to enter with free ample parking. The other houses DO NOT have that! Hmm..
We have some spots left but are filling pretty quickly.
Shares are only $1500. That is not expensive especially considering the amenities!
