We are Nathan and Rebecca and we take care of a private apartment for long or short term rental. We rent the apartment and thoroughly clean it ourselves after each person’s visit, so we can assure you the apartment is crisp and clean. Included in the price of this apartment is a full, delicious vegetarian breakfast every morning, complete with doughnuts, tea, cereal, milk, juices, bread, and much more!!
A peaceful atmosphere pervades this beautiful one bedroom, private apartment located in the heart of the East Village. This is not a share, but your very own apartment; a place to relax and re-energize as you enjoy all that New York has to offer. Amenities include a full private bathroom and kitchen (gas range/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and silverware), A/C, two full size beds, spacious closets, and fresh linens.
You can also enjoy a spectacular view of the Manhattan skyline on the roof of the building, which is nicely decorated and includes table and chairs. Surrounded by great restaurants, cool shops, music venues and attractions, the building and neighborhood are very safe, with a constant flow of foot traffic at all hours. It’s an easy walk to Washington Sq. Park, the West Village, Astor Place, Union Square, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the Lower East Side. Located just two blocks from the subway (2 Ave stop on the F,V line) areas like Midtown/Times Sq., The Upper East and West Sides, Brooklyn and Queens, are all within easy reach.
Rates are $180/night, and that includes all taxes, surcharges.
