Residence Requirements:
Must reside in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens and utilize mass transit
Position Requirements:
Minimum 10 years working as a Lead Commercial /Industrial Mechanic
Trade School Certification (Electrical License not required)
Thorough understanding of NYC/NEC Electrical / Fire Alarm codes (will be required to pass written test)
Must pass drug, alcohol and security/credit background check
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Perform all duties of an electrician wiring for Power, Lighting, HVAC, Control and Fire Alarm installations
Supervise the work of others and multiple projects
Coordinate, install and deliver electrical project installations on time within budget
Attend project meetings
Effective communication both verbal,written and email with office, job site supervision, field personnel and clients
Foster the growth of client relationship by providing excellent service, quality and performance.
Compensation:
Wage based upon verifiable experience
