AEC is expanding again Our CM business is growing. in hopitality and coporate interiors .We OR OUR JV PARTNERS require the services of a Chief Estimator. Our project range from 10mm to 50mm in NYC and the outlyng suburbs.
I need to have someone with at least 15 years of full scope Estimating. the person chose must know how to organize and DELIVER major projects in a timely fashion We will have a support teram in place but this is a 'GO TO ' guy /gal position.
salary to 150 k with currently 50% of the benefits paid . I expect that the benefits will change downward based on the new health care proposals
