ArtistShare is a unique web based company that allows musicians to fund projects directly through their fan base. As a Web marketing and publicity Intern, you will be working directly under our senior project manager executing web based marketing campaigns for our artists. You will be drafting press releases, copy for blogs, managing traffic analysis campaigns and compiling progress reports based on the results of these campaigns.
To be eligible for an ArtistShare internship, you must be registered as a student in good standing at an accredited college or university in NYC. Students in their junior or senior year are preferred.
The ideal candidate should have:
•Excellent writing skills (please include writing samples in your resume)
•Very strong typing skills
•Experience in graphic design and layout (preferable Photoshop and Illustrator)
•Passion for latest social media developments, online behaviors, and trends
•Past internship or educational experience for a web based company
1-2 days a week - $50 per day
