Job Description

Title: Desktop Support Technician
Salary Range: (Dependent on experience)
Some Travel may be required
Some Overtime may be required

Must be knowledgeable of the following:
• Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 operating systems
• Microsoft Office suite applications
• LAN connectivity Experience/Troubleshooting
• IBM/Lenovo hardware support (this includes full computer reassembly if necessary)
• HP Printer support

Must have the following skills:
• Excellent user support skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Be able to troubleshoot any type of issue
• Ability to move computer hardware and reassemble
• Must be a team player and be able to work well with others
• Ability to adapt and learn

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 1-2 years of technical background in professional environment
• MCDST Certification
A+ Certification
