Job Description

Job Title: Special Ops – Digital Media Trafficking

Reports to: Operations Manager

Summary: As the main point of contact between the client and the Company, ensures client satisfaction of Ringleader Digital ad operations services. Acts as an individual contributor working on client requests, including trafficking in the ad-server, resolving issues, troubleshooting problems and ensuring that campaigns run and deliver according to the campaign goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Uses ad server system to traffic and test creative; schedules and targets ad campaigns and provides necessary reporting.
• Ensures that the requests are completed according to the SLA’s (accurately and on time).
• Ensures that all time is accounted for and is recorded accurately.
• Troubleshoots, clarifies and escalates problems for timely and accurate resolution.
• Develops and maintains strong client relationships through excellent customer service skills, expert product knowledge and related understanding of client’s business needs.
• Leads weekly calls with clients to discuss campaign management, unresolved issues, upcoming orders etc.
• Follows-up with Publishers, Advertisers and Agencies as necessary.
• Leads weekly client calls
• Follow all processes that are in place.
• Assists with the implementation/migration of new clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training in on-line advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have
• Working experience in most major Ad Serving Software, e.g, Accipiter, Real Media, DFP and experience with Rich Media vendors (e.g.Eyeblaster, Eyewonder, etc.)
• Working technical knowledge of websites, HTML, flash, javascript and be computer savvy; have additional
