Description:
UltraLinq is an established and funded start-up that provides web based image archiving for ultrasound images through a software as a service model. As a small company (target size: 12-17) we maintain a tight knit network of professionals determined to improve healthcare through the advancement of image management technologies.

Position:
Sales Implementation Specialist: As a vital member of the sales team the Implementation Specialist, along with the Sales Executive, will be involved in various aspects of all individual sales from their inception. They will be primarily responsible for ensuring seamless placement of UltraLinq products with each potential client. Along with the Sales Executives, they will also be responsible for creating a post-sale plan to ensure complete client education and product satisfaction.

Critical Skills:
· General Comprehensive Technical Knowledge: This role requires a significant amount of technical knowledge in the fields of ultrasound machines from multiple manufacturers, PCs with various OSs, and complex networking. Applicants should also be savvy in advanced technical troubleshooting as well as have the ability to translate complicated topics to lay people.
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally: As a primary client contact exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Please be prepared to submit two writing samples upon request.
· Willingness to work as part of a team as well as the ability to stay motivated individually: You will be working closely with a Sales Executive to establish the most effective route of implementation and account management for individual clients. Once the plan is established the Implementation Specialist will be responsible for executing the defined strategy as well motivating clients to meet the predetermined goals of the implementation.


Requirements:
Education:
4-year degree in computer science or related field

Experience:
2+ years experiences providing sales support in a technical format

Beneficial Experience:
Startup environments with regards to the concept of evolving responsibilities
Ability to create comprehensive instructional materials
