This is a great opportunity to join a growing computer services firm. We provide high quality PC and Mac network support, design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for clients in NYC. We work with small to mid sized businesses that are frequently mixed environments of Microsoft/Mac.

The position is for an individual with good Windows desktop AND network knowledge:
o Experience with configuring, installing and troubleshooting Windows workstations.
o Experience with working with and troubleshooting Macs.
o Experience with various Windows Server technologies is also a plus.
o In-depth knowledge and experience with Open Directory, Workgroup Manager, Mac Manager, Integration with AD, DNS, backup systems such as Retrospect, MS Exchange, Active Directory.
o Ability to help clients with other applications, MS Office, and a variety of email programs including Outlook.
o Microsoft Certifications a major plus but not required.
