We're a company that fixes all types of PC hardware, software, and network problems for our customers.
We're looking for a PC software & hardware genius to visit our customers and do on-site jobs at their homes or offices to fix their computer problems.
Tasks we expect you to be able to do:
Computer Networking, PC Troubleshooting, and Protection:
- Windows Network Management, DSL and Cable Internet Firewall Router Setup
- Wireless Network Setup and Security
- Remote Access
- Email Help: Outlook and Outlook Express Issues
- All Windows Computer & Networking Issues Resolved
Virus and Spyware Removal and Prevention:
- Remove Spyware, Adware, Viruses
- OS Backup & Reinstall
Hardware:
- Install RAM, extra hard disks, deal with common problems
- Install & configure printers, scanners, wireless routers, etc.
Additional requirements:
- Call our customers back (they'll be expecting your call) and setup an appointment according to their and your schedule
- Provide your own transport to the homes and offices of our customers. This might mean driving, it might mean public transit. If it works for you, it works for us.
- Go on-site to our customer's homes or businesses, fix their problem, and represent our business profesionally and honestly

We start at $30/hour, and hourly rate is negotiable dependent upon your experience. We also offer regular pay raises, commissions on any new hardware our customers purchase, and referral bonuses - so the longer you work with us, the more you'll make.
