Job Description:
Code Red (www.coderedinc.com) is seeking a Product Implementation Consultant to help install and support the firm・s current and future products. Code Red is a start-up with ~25 employees that develops software for hedge fund, mutual funds, institutional investors and brokerage firms, and provides an excellent opportunity for quality individuals to join a firm at an early stage. Code Red focuses on the untapped potential in Research Management and Research Distribution in financial services.
We are looking for an individual with the personality of a good manager, the work ethic of an entrepreneur, and a proven track record in installing and supporting software products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in installing and managing software products in the financial services industry.
The responsibilities of the Implementation Consultant include:
- Managing an installation project that can vary in length from several days to several weeks
- Customizing the software product to fit the client・s needs. Can include setting up processes to import and export data as well as designing workflows for the client
- Writing custom reports
- Managing and supporting relationships and the product at existing clients. This includes handling questions, solving problems, performing upgrades, as well as ensuring client・s general satisfaction with the software and the company
- Periodically assisting in the sales meetings as a ：technical consultant；
Qualifications:
- Bachelor・s Degree required
- Experience in working with various software products and data manipulation
- Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and solid organizational skills are required
- Ideal candidate has background with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL
