IT consulting firm serving the NYC area is seeking an experienced (5 year minimum) desktop support analyst with VERY strong Mac skills plus good server, Windows desktop & mobile support. Should be excellent in both Mac OSX and Windows XP/Vista desktop, a working knowledge of OSX server, networking basics, Win 2003, Exchange & no fear of the terminal/command line. If you have weak or no experience with Mac OSX please DO NOT RESPOND, we simply have no time to train you and we have NO tolerance for impostors so please dont waste our time & yours. Work is handed out by assignment, performing technical support for our clients spanning NYC area. Hours can be long at times so NO cry babies & NO slackers. Some light travel (though rare) may be required (expense paid). CHARACTER & COMMUNICATION are as important as technical skills. Must be able to handle the novice to the snotty executive user. Hours are very flexible (at least for the part time spot). Looking for immediate part time to later turn into full time Jan or sooner, no contractors please.
