Looking to swap our 3 bedroom well maintained private home in St Petersburg Florida for a studio or 1 bedroom apt in NYC for 1 week in July.
Our home is newly remodeled , private fenced in backyard with inground pool, hot tub, grilling area, and bar with tv.
We are less than 10 minutes to Treasure Island and St Pete Beach. Fantastic beaches!!!
