We have a funky and charming 2-bedroom duplex in a small brownstone building in the heart of Greenwich Village. Do you have a beach house? Let's swap!
We're looking for 2-3 day swaps at nearby beaches or 5-7 day swaps somewhere farther off. North of Delaware Memorial Bridge only (tired of Delaware Shore!).
We have a 3-year old son and a 12-year old dog. You can bring your dog/cat to our place, as long as s/he doesn't bark wildly when you're not home (or home) -- the bottom two floors of our place are guesthouse apartments.
