One bedroom available in a four bedroom apartment within walking distance to Columbia University, Bank Street, Manhattan School of Music, etc. Located on the corner of LaSalle and Claremont Avenue, the apartment includes all utilities (cable tv, high speed internet, electricity, heat, hot water). Just steps to the 1 train and the m104 and m4 buses. The street is mostly students and is patrolled at all hours by Columbia security (including providing free rides back for students late at night).
The apartment includes a walk-in kitchen, a large living room, and two bathrooms.
The other roommates, graduate students in their 20s, generally keep quiet and respect each other’s space. We all get along really well and I hate having to leave the apartment, but I’ll be graduating shortly. The apartment will be available for the majority of June (likely beginning on the 5th and can be prorated) and all of July, though you’re welcome to stay for just June. I’ll be showing the apartment beginning later this week once finals conclude.
