My studio is available for the month of June in the heart of the Lower East side in Ludlow St between Houston and Stanton. Its perfect for someone with a busy lifestyle that enjoys the lower east side vibe. The place comes furnished and utilities (wifi, electricity) are included. Rent is $1700 plus a $300 security deposit. I will leave the apartment with my twin bed, a small sofa, a chest drawer, 2 chairs and 2 small tables. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen with 4 stoves, microwave and a medium refrigerator. Apartment is perfect for someone visiting for the summer, within a block there is a laundromat, atm, different restaurants... and 3 minutes away from the subway. we can negotiate so you have the apartment from May 28th, up to July the 8th, but you would have to pay extra $50 per night.
