Looking to sublet 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment at West 116th, 1 block to C train, near Morningside Park and about a 10 minute walk at most to Columbia University. Room is furnished, receives great natural light, has a great view, and its own closet space.
Utilities are included. The kitchen is cozy and you are welcome to store food, cook, whatever as long as you keep it clean! The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
There are 2 other people living in the apartment, 1 a recent college grad and the other an undergrad at Columbia, and we'll both be working during the summer so we'll be in and out of the apartment. We're looking for a laid-back, clean, and friendly person to sublet for the summer. A Columbia student would be great, but isn't necessary.
One month deposit and first month's rent is due with picture ID and a couple of references.
