I am looking to sublet my furnished, master bedroom in a 3 1/2 bedroom apt for the summer (June, July and August – dates flexible). Lots of closet space available and the room directly connects to the main bathroom. The 1/2 bedroom is used as a guest room. Utilities are included. The 1200+ square foot apt is in a nine story, two apts per floor, elevator pre-war building. The apt includes hardwood floors, wifi, flat screen tv in the living/dining room, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The apt is located in the heart of the Upper East Side (Low 70's b/t 3rd and Lex), a few blocks away from the 6 and F trains as well as Central Park. It's a fantastic neighborhood with excellent restaurants around the corner. Very quiet at night.
