There is a living room, and a coffee table with space for a TV, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. There's a dog here as well--the nicest dog you'll EVER meet. All wood floors, elevator building, very friendly neighbors. Large outdoor courtyard, and a small gym area with three machines. No deposit necessary. Closest subway is the L train, about a 10 minute walk. Right next to Thompson Square Park (fantastic location for summer!), and one block from the East River park. Very safe neighborhood (police station nearby).
