The bedroom for rent, has electric heating and a portable air conditioner. There is closet space and there is also an optional desk, and drawer should you want to keep it. So basically it's furnished if need be.
We have basic cable including HBO and Showtime, and wireless internet. Utilities usually run around $75 / month per person.
The F train is around the corner and there are always cabs a block away, always. So all of manhattan is accessible. Also it's extremely quiet at night. The neignborhood is great, lots of restaurants, some bars - similar to the quaint neighborhood if you're familiar. It's a very ecletic neighborhood.
Professionally, I produce music videos and commercials, and the other roommate is an editor at a fashion magazine.
We would need a move in on June 1st and a move out by July 1st. There are no other fees.
