I'm leaving to study sustainable development in Brazil and need somebody to take over my beautiful sunny bedroom while I'm gone. It's really big, two big windows that let in lots of light, queen size bed, small tv in the room and a new, large 40" flat screen tv in the living room with a home stereo system. You will also have your own bathroom, which is really spacious and clean (and renovated too). The entire apartment is renovated with a brand new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. We also have cable including HBO and Cinemax and high speed wireless internet.
I am subletting from june 1st to june 30th. If some days at the end overlap, that's ok. I can stay on the couch or at a friends place. I am asking 1300/mo and utilities would run at about 100 (incl. cable).
