Would be living with myself, i'm male, 28 creative type. I'm not home that much, i like to out at night, and i work days. I'm fairly tidy, and like an organized environment but not insane about keeping the apt spotless. Dishes could hang out in the sink for a day or two and i'd be fine...
I like to be pretty social and am often out doing things, occasionally have 3-4 friends over on weekend nights etc, but mostly just not hanging out there.
Must like cats - have one named "the darkness" - he's black and a little sassy.
also, must be ok with smoking, i only smoke in the window sill with the window open, so the apt doesn't smell bad at all, but i do smoke there at night sometimes.
