Can you help us invent the code to unlock the human equation?

Our challenge is large, but our needs are simple. We require the talents of a creatively-minded PHP programmer who knows AJAX and MySql to help us re-write an existing PHP application and take it to next level.

Ideally, you will have experience creating code and MySql databases for online psychological testing programs. You will have strong understanding of statistics and their use in psychological testing, and how to design data that leads to meaningful interpretative insights.

An ability to brainstorm with others is essential; you will be working with a team of people dedicated to understanding what motivates employees and employment candidates in their choice of companies. The final application will be utilized to enhance best practices by some of the biggest corporations in the world.

We are a 40 year old Recruitment Advertising Agency with proprietary programs which help our clients solve Employee Recruiting and Retention challenges.
