We are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer/ Application Lead, who has strong C#, ASP.Net programming skills. This team supports a live trading application and must work at the same fast-pace as our clients. In this position you will:
Analyze, design, and develop code for all application tiers.
Code, test, debug, and documents programs on large-scale, complex projects.
Revise and update programs and create documentation as required.
Mentor/manage other developers in technical areas and site modules and to continually enhance the knowledge-base of your team as it relates to Web-based technologies, Software Development Process, and company standards and practices.

Required Skills and experience:
6+ years of application development experience in a Microsoft Environment
Expertise (5+ years) in development experience in C# and ASP.Net
Must have financial services experience
Experience in SQL-Server with stored procedures and triggers.
Previous experience in C++ development preferred
Experience programming in an Object-Oriented environment
Experience in managing projects
Full Project Lifecycle experience
Ability to be diplomatic is managing client and software expectations
Experience in the following technologies is also desired: XML and Javascript
Knowledge of UML, RUP or similar design languages/methodologies is a plus
BA or BS required or equivalent related work experience
