What: I am a professional in my early twenties seeking a room to lease for a full year.
When: A full-year lease beginning either July 1 or July 15.
Where: My job is in the financial district, so anything south of Central Park is an option, and anything south of 42th street is preferable.
Why: I am relocating from Chicago and beginning a new job in late July. Since most of my network and friends remains in Chicago, I do not have a set group to already live with.
Pros: I do not smoke or own pets. A TV is nice, but not a deal-breaker. I enjoy going to bars to grab a drink with friends. I love movies (eg. Boondock Saints, Old School) and certain TV shows (eg. The Office). I run. I am very clean. I have good credit.
