WHO I AM?
I'm a 19 years old male student who will be going to Fashion Institute of Technology.
I'm a mature, responsible, fun, masculine, well-groomed, creative, like art, non-smocker, not into drugs, have no pets (but have no problems with them as long as i don't have to take care of them the whole time), like to go to gym (at least 3~4 times a week, been working out 3 and a half yrs), drama-free, respectful to other's privacy.
Also, I'm a very clean and organized person. I enjoy going out to restaurants, movies, bars, shopping and other recreational stuff.
WHAT I LOOK FOR?
Here's some stuff that I'm looking for:
my own room, internet access preferably wireless, but wired is okay too, and being reasonably close to a subway. I'd prefer a furnished room since I don't have my own furniture yet. I prefer to live in Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen, Meatpacking, or mid town area.(Would like to live close to school)
Looking to live with other gay roommates, or gay friendly people. Hopefully maybe we could be friends and hang out together.
I'm considering to stay LONG TERM as long as i feel that the place works with me. I will be able to move in around mid August.
