$1200 Mid-July--Housing Needed for a 2 Bedroom Share
I'm a 24 year old professional female in need of housing in mid-July. Here's my ideal living situation:
-2 bedroom share, with another female in same age range
-below 59th street (I work Downtown)
-close to transit
-housing needed until January, but with the possibility of extending long-term
-clean apartment
-a friendly roommate :)
I'm clean, laid-back, and friendly. I do most of my socializing outside the apartment. I don't expect to be best friends with my new roommate, but I do enjoy being friendly since we share our home.
***Rent amount and Manhattan location is negotiable.
