" Security Opportunities "
Seeking ambitious individuals including Military / Veterans with additional training.
Give us a call there are other Full time/Part time Security positions available.
Such as: Corporate- Concierge-Residential- Educational facilities.
Requirements:
- No Experience necessary, will train if needed.
- Ability to work various shifts and overtime as required
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- PC literate; Good analytical skills, ability to maintain records clearly and legibly a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Education and work Experience a plus.
- Depending on an individuals’ experience, hourly pay is offered from $8.22 to $16.82 per hour
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
- Manages process of maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by scheduling and completing security assignments
- Promote positive public relations by offering courteous service to all tenants, visitors and guests and responding to their requests
- Control access tO buildings and monitor activities of visitors
- Gain/maintain proficiency with building's life safety system and central security panel
- Assist in emergency situations (i.e. fire, evacuations, human crisis, etc.)
- Communicate with Supervisor/Manager on issues related to safety
- Monitor building operations and tour property
- Maintain daily logs and shift reports
