seeking STUDIO or 1BR APT for +/- 3weeks in July/August (btwn CANAL and 90th ST)
seeking a nice clean and cosy apt in manhattan for the summer vacation.
I'm an italian architect in my 30ies and worked for several years in NYC (UWS b-burg dumbo) I would like to come to NYC with my girlfriend for 3 WEEKS +/- and sublet a clean STUDIO or 1BR-APT somewhere in manhattan. chelsea or somewhere near central park would be my favorite location but everything between canal and 90th street is fine also williamsburg if around bedford ave. we would like to come to NY in JULY/AUGUST but we are pretty flexible regarding the period also september is an option. depends actually on your offer, the apt should really be clean and cosy, with little kitchen and of course with own bathroom. both we are very clean, respectful and responsible, we don't touch your personal belongings and will leave the place like we found it. How much I'm willing to spend? well I am familiar with manhattan rents and what you can expect in which neighborhood. Till now I always had good experiences in renting out an apt for vacations so I prefer to watch out for a nice offer instead of spending a fortune on a tiny and charmless hotel room. please don't hesitate to contact me if you think you have something that would match my needs. thank you very much
