Hello, I am a 20 year old female college student from Tennessee looking for an apartment to sublet for the dates of May 20-August 10. Arrival and depature dates are somewhat flexible, but would prefer to arrive sometime in late May. Having rent money and paying on time are in no way a problem, however as far monthly price I do have limits.
