RightsFlow offers Music Licensing & Royalty Solutions for labels, distributors, and online
music services. We specialize in obtaining bulk mechanical, DPD, and ringtone licenses
including streaming, tethered, and limited downloads rights. Our proprietary ‘FLOW’
system allows us to license, account, and pay royalties directly to the Harry Fox Agency
(HFA) and the thousands of music publishers not represented by HFA. Today, RightsFlow
services over 9,500 labels, distributors & music services for mechanical and DPD
licensing and royalties.
We are looking for a database engineering to maintain, develop and integrate our
database infrastructure in accordance with our business needs. Music industry
experience is a plus but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong experience
in data warehousing and database engineering, specific to MySql.
Some Key Responsibilities and Qualities Include:
• MYSQL database design, architecture and development
• Maintain and develop database
• Integration of ETL tools for automated data ingestion
• Configuraiton maintenance of fuzzy matching engines
• Ability to thrive in a start up environment
Required Experience:
• 2+ years MySQL database engineering experience
• LAMP Stack configuration management
• RDBMS maintenance, design and development
• Data Mart and Warehouse management
• OLAP and Dimensional Database Structures
• Cloud based MySql administration and virtualization
• Configuration management and versioning
• MySql Replication
• MySql Backup Processes
• MySql Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Views
• PHP a plus
• Fuzzy And Full‐text matching experience a plus
• Open Source Business Intelligence experience a plus
Salary: $60-75K - Commensurate on Experience.
