We're a tech startup looking for a part time sys admin (about 10 hours per week). Great environment, great people - we're just a little shorthanded.
Some of the things we need you to do:
-Maintain systems for an office of 20 employees (Windows Systems, MCSE preferred)
-Anti-virus
-LAN, configure routers, general network administration
-Norton Ghost, ghost images for computers
-Maintain Voip phones
-Mozy backup, other backup solutions
-MS Exchange and Outlook
-Set up Blackberries and IPhones
- Implement and support network disk and tape backup and disaster recovery
- Assist in the administration of a large network, utilizing one or more TCP/IP protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Windows networks, file servers, Ethernet, networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configure modems, disk drives, data acquistion boards, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.
- Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying crptography to network applications, managing host security, the permissions, and file system integrity.
Please have experience in the following:
- Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 and network operating system
- Active Directory, domain administration and the primary network services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, GPO's, WSUS, DFS, AV, etc.)
- Architecture/design (VLANs) NAS storage (SCSI, SAN, Fiber)
