Desktop Support Specialist - Manhattan
Realware is looking for strong candidates who can support Realware's rapidly-growing desktop support as part of our Real:360 managed services group. You will work directly with our client to provide desktop support, proactive troubleshooting and consulting. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Windows Desktop administration
- Windows Printer Management
- Windows Application Installation/Troubleshooting
- Maintain infrastructure diagrams
- Ability to work independently with little oversight.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise with Windows Server NT/2000/2003 Installation/Administration
- Expertise with Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- 2+ years professional work experience
