Duties:

- Timely response to system incidents (Hardware or Software based).
- Diagnosing various technical issues and proactively identify ways to avoid recurrence.
- Effectively communicate information with his/her team members and co-workers.
- Reporting/escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
- Maintain tools and spares inventory.

Requirements:

- minimum of one year IT experience with:
• Windows Active Directory 2003 support and management,
• Installation maintenance and support of desktop hardware / peripherals and printers.
• Experience diagnosing / supporting TCP/IP Networks in a LAN / WAN environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 2003/2007 (Outlook troubleshooting knowledge required), windows XP & Vista.
- Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Able to collect relevant data and communicate in a way that is informative and reasoned.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
