SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Second Market is looking for experienced and passionate security specialist.
Candidate must have the following skills:
- Ability to communicate complex systems information and ideas effectively and efficiently to a high energy user community.
- Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of information processing with diverse, changing applications, advanced technical experience with micro- and minicomputers.
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer service abilities
- Great planning skills and consistent follow-through
- Time management proficiency and efficiency
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong character and ethical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
Candidates must have these technical traits:
- prior experience as a lead systems administrator
- solid understanding and experience with MS Exchange, MS Active Directory and other LDAP compliant directory services
- Strong Experience with NTP, IIS, WSUS, SNMP, SSH, SSL, DNS,
- Strong understanding of Endpoint anti-virus, Apache, Subversion, VMWare ESXI, proxie servers, debugging PHP Shell, clustering and GHOST
- MS, MAC and Linux experience and shell scripting a must
- light programming skills are an added plus.
- MCSE is a plus
- CCNA is a plus
- SQL Server skills are a plus
-Cisco/ Juniper experience with network connectivity and routing a plus
