I am a real estate investor who is trying hard to acquire a small to large residential or commercial investment property through 100% owner financing or a lease purchase. I am interested in any small or large residential or commercial property in New York, N.J., PA., Florida, CT.,etc. or anywhere else that you no longer want to manage it but instead would like to just sit back and collect a monthly payment from a good honest family man.
