Under Amour Retail is seeking a brand passionate Manager in Training (MIT) & Keyholders for our seasonal store in New York City.

The MIT is responsible for supporting and communicating the established Service Culture and Customer Experience that is representative of Under Armour. The MIT assists the management team in areas of recruiting, training and management of various aspects of store support.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

� Interest in Athletics, Sports and Fitness a must.
� Friendly and engaging communication skills
� Ability to lead teams
� Passion for the Under Armour Brand
� A minimum of 3 years management experience (supervising staff of 20+) in the retail or service industry

SPECIFIC AREAS OF FOCUS
� Drive Sales & Performance Indicators for self and Sales Associates while leading the floor
� Exhibit and Model the Customer Experience Fundamentals for Sales Associates
� Maintain appropriate floor coverage while leading the floor; communicate issues to Store / Assistant Manager
� Support Sales Associates' Training through On-Boarding process in areas of: Service & Selling Performance, Product Knowledge, Point of Sale (POS) & general Store Standards
� Assist Management Team in Recruiting and Interviewing Sales Associates
� Provide constructive feedback to the management team in the areas of: Sales, Service, People, Product & Process
� Share relevant Retail & Brand communication to Store Team; Lead Team Shift Huddles
� Maintain daily Store Standards; ensure completion of various Daily Tasks
� Oversee Supply and Facility Management

� Ability to move or handle merchandise up to 50 lbs
� Ability to process information / merchandise through computer and/or point-of-sale register system
� Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including, the selling floor, stock area and register area
� Ability to operate all equipment necessary to run the store
� Ability to climb ladders

Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic Couture is looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for design, excellent customer service skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit who can grow with the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for design students or recent interior design graduates to get first hand interior design experience.

Primary Function:
Provide the best shopping experience for Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic Couture customers through outstanding sales and high standards of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

� Ensures individual sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
� Stays current on individual and store goals and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
� Continuously builds clientele through new client acquisition and growth of existing clients.
� Builds lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow-up on purchases, suggesting new merchandise, and offering house-calls.
� Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas, i.e. bedding, slipped furniture, lighting, etc.
� Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company standards
� Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
� Assists in floor moves, merchandising, processing shipment and general housekeeping.
� Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, occasional evenings and holidays.
� Completing operational duties, including paperwork and sales ledger and other various aspects in regards to opening and closing.

Job Requirements:
BA or AA preferred
Good communication skills
1-3 years of retail experience
Interior design experience a plus
Ability to lift 25lbs
