Job Description :

Kiehl's, Since 1851, is looking for a Part Time Customer Representive (KCR) to join their team at our New York City Flagship retail store location. This position will be primarily responsible for achieving superior customer service and the driving force behind the business results of the store.

Responsibilities Include:
-Achieves Superior Customer Service standards
-Achieves or exceeds all sales goals
-Contributes to overall success and growth of the Store
-Creates long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business
-Develop and/or assist in special event coordination





Experience :



We are looking for candidates who possess:

- 2 to 5 years experince in a free standing store, cosmetics experience a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, nights and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on your feet all day, walk up or down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
