Beautiful Little Cat Needs A New Home (Lower East Side)

A year ago we took in a little kitten who was lost on the streets.
He had been abandoned or left behind, but clearly from a family home considering he was already house/litter trained. Upto date with all shots.
Lots of energy, and loves affection. Sadly, as two profesionals we are hardly ever home and he is not receiving the attention he deserves.
Would prefer to see him happy with a family- he is super friendly and would love the attention. This is also a small apartment. He would benefit from a larger space, prefereably a house with access to the outdoors.
Please provide some information about yourselves and how you would best provide a new home for Martin.
