Basic requirements: Highly organized. Fascinated with supply chain and operations. Ideally 1-5 years of experience ideally in consumer product goods with broad responsibilities for managing supply chain management (including purchasing, inventory management, and production planning). Candidate should be hungry, energetic, and excited to build a company. College degree desired. Spanish or international experience is a plus.
Strong cultural fit required: High energy; positive, optimistic and goal-oriented outlook; international perspective and experience/exposure; mission-focused – celebration of cacao, sustainability, the rioter in all of us. Entrepreneurial spirit. Passion for social value business.
