Full time assistant needed in fashion design and garment production. We are a small mid-town based contemporary women's clothing company manufacturing mainly dresses and tops in silk.
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of current fashion trends and be able to translate into sketches quickly. Must also have knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, patterns,
cutting tickets, trimmings. Must be very organized and able to keep track of multiple papers. Will have experience in photoshop and excel on Mac. Excel is very important.
Very fast paced and deadline driven.
Great job for someone who wants to get their foot in the door of fashion.
