Our blog network (currently at around 1 million unique visitors per month) sees frequent ad buys by brand-name companies and products. Many of these involve major design work: site-skinnings, restructuring of content, etc. Our proposals and RFP submissions often also involve mockups for the potential media buyer.
We're currently looking for a web/graphic designer to assist us with these tasks on a freelance basis. Payment will be per-project.
Applicants will ONLY be considered if the following requirements are met:
*** Experience with customizing Wordpress implementations and editing Wordpress themes
*** Experience with the design side of online advertising
*** Possession of a web design portfolio consisting of either slides or links

Among applicants with the necessary qualifications, a designer will be chosen based on A) demonstrated strength of creative vision and B) ability to communicate and produce work on deadlines.
