price of $30,000 -- at only $6 a square foot. This rare wood usually
sells for up to $22 per foot, when available. Imported into the US for
installation in a high-traffic area in a luxury hotel. Supplies were
over-ordered and we need to clear our warehouse out immediately to make
way for more inventory arriving shortly. This flooring is not a
laminate; it is solid wood and absolutely stunning -- there's nothing
else like it out there. Tongue and groove on all sides. Will stand up to
years of traffic and can be re-sanded many times, if needed.
4" wide x 7/8" thick; installs like standard hardwood flooring -- tongue
and groove.
