Our fast growing Park Avenue dental spa is seeking an energetic, friendly, upbeat and positive Representative to join our team in our Astoria (Queens) marketing/customer service location! We need a representative to help handle all patient calls and to ensure that they come in for their appointment. The rep will perform daily calls to confirm first time patients, recalls to our existing patients to remind them to come back in for their treatment plan and to recall patients that have not seen us in over 6 months. The rep will then enter the patients information and notes in our computer software and relay any pertinent information to our treatment coordinator. In addition, the rep will be responsible for our Smile Reminder Marketing Campaign to ensure the automated confirmation process is streamlined. Moreover, the rep will have to put together executive reports using excel to show progress and performance.
Once the marketing rep proves themselves capable of the position and knowledgeable with our business operations, marketing and sales techniques. That person will be given the opportunity to be a treatment coordinator/office manager at one of our locations.
Requirements:
Great on the phone-minimum 6 months experience on the phone in sales or customer service.
Positive and upbeat
Ability to enter patient information using the computer and to learn our computer software.
Able to work in a team environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a must!
Compensation:
$500/week
